This sky-lit, 2,400 square foot thru-floor loft in downtown Manhattan illustrates perfectly how the right balance of textures can be transformational.

Engaged by another designer with an appreciation for layering textures, Fahey’s designers and fabricators juxtaposed the loft’s abundance of natural light with a dark, dramatic color scheme for the custom-made kitchen cabinetry, punctuated by exposed red brick wherever possible throughout the smart and stylish Tribeca space.
